Who we are
coindelist.com is run by Altrady BV, Vlietweg 15, 2266 KA Leidschendam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 77469607). Altrady BV is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or requests: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address and the exchanges you choose to follow.
- A record of your consent: the text you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address it came from. We keep this to show that you asked for the emails.
- How you found us: the page you signed up on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (utm parameters).
- Which emails we sent you and whether they were delivered, bounced or reported as spam.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you: it sees which pages are viewed, where visitors come from (country, referring site) and how fast the pages load. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To send the alerts you asked for, to let you change or stop them, and to keep our sending reliable (for example, we stop emailing an address that bounces). The legal basis is your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
Your details are stored in one database shared by the websites run by Altrady BV. Signing up on coindelist.com never subscribes you to another site, and we never sell your data. Our emails may include occasional offers from Altrady, the trading platform made by Altrady BV, always marked "From Altrady".
Who processes it for us
- Amazon Web Services (Ireland) sends our emails (Amazon SES).
- Scaleway (France) hosts the website and the database.
- Cloudflare delivers the website, protects it against abuse and provides our cookieless visitor statistics.
They only process your data on our instructions. Your data is stored in the European Union.
How long we keep it
While you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep your email address and the unsubscribe itself, so that we do not email you again, until you ask us to delete it. Deleting removes your email address and everything linked to it.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and a link to your preferences, where you can also delete all your data. Or email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Not financial advice
Our alerts summarise announcements published by exchanges. They are facts, not investment advice.
